You are organizing a cocktail, conference, symposium, launching, or other private meeting? Groups of 50 to 250 will appreciate the Museum: an exceptional, unique site. Whatever your need may be, our three rental rooms are equipped with everything you need to make your event memorable. You will also have access to our exhibition rooms. Offer your guests the personalized care of our extraordinary team, who will see to your every need. Guided tours of the exhibits and catering services are also available upon request.

Our Meeting Rooms

Multimedia Room

The ideal place for private functions and public meetings with leading-edge multimedia equipment.

Theatre style: 80 guests
Cocktail style: 100 guests

Availability: Every day of the week, 9 am to midnight
Minimum rental time: 4 hours

Includes installation, the technical equipment in place, coordinating service, and Museum employee, along with free access to the exhibits. Taxes (GST and TVQ) not included.

Boardroom

The perfect room for assemblies and meetings.

Conference style: 12 guests

Availability: Every day of the week, 9 am to midnight
Minimum rental time: 4 hours

Includes installation, the technical equipment in place, coordinating service, and Museum employee, along with free access to the exhibits. Taxes (GST and TVQ) not included.

Cocktail Tour

For groups of 50 to 200.

Availability: Every day of the week, 5 pm to 9 pm
Minimum rental time: 4 hours

Includes coordinating service and Museum employee, along with free access to the exhibits. Taxes (GST and TVQ) not included.

Further Information

  • The choice of catering services is left to your preference. We can however recommend caterers we know from experience.
  • Clients are responsible for acquiring a liquor licence (if necessary) and liability insurance.
  • Installation of the Museum’s equipment will be taken care of by our team. Caterers are responsible for setting up their own material.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Museum.

Modes of Payment

All rentals are confirmed upon signing the contract and payment of a 50 % deposit. Final payment is due on the day of the event at the latest.
