This travelling exhibition is intended to inform and make people aware that there are 41 species of sharks in the cold waters of Quebec and Canada. It presents recent scientific information on the evolution of the species and on their anatomy, behaviour and distribution. The exhibition also unveils many myths on their subject. The exhibition presents video sequences, hitherto unpublished photographs and interactive modules. |

The Nature Extrème exhibition explains how cataclysms occur and relates the great catastrophes that marked the country. Set up as a game, it introduces safety advice. All the senses are aroused by the use of multimedia equipment such as a fan, a stroboscope, an earthquake simulator and a sound track.
Subject of the hour, this exhibition highlights the effect of climatic changes on the number of extreme phenomena that lead to planetary evolution and great upheavals. |

Did you know that one single person is the habitat for 100,000
billion bacteria? That is 10 times the number of cells in our bodies! Microbes are everywhere!
Front-page microbes! is a fascinating adventure into the micro-universe of tiny creatures
fighting for good and evil. Diving into this microscopic world is an opportunity to learn
about the microbes we hear about in the news, understand the stakes involved, and find
out about possible treatments.
A contagious exhibit! |
