extreme nature

May 6 to September 3, 2007
The rich forest ecosystems are the cradle of life for thousands of animal and
plant species. Nearly one million Canadians depend on the forest to earn their
living, and more than 10,000 products are derived from it. But, do we take good care
of our forests? Who manages their harvesting? An entire section of the exhibit is
dedicated to children, who will discover the true nature of trees and forest life.
