Browns, Whites, Blacks: Bears of Canada
Exhibition for rent
Brown, White and Black: Bears of Canada invites visitors to discover these mythical Canadian wildlife. Bears have always been feared and hunted, and sometimes mythologized, and they occupy a prominent place in First Nations cultures. Playful and original, the exhibition reaches far beyond clichés of teddy bears and bloodthirsty monsters.
This exhibition is produced by the Musée du Fjord, in partnership with the Zoo sauvage de Saint-Félicien and the Musée amérindien de Mashteuiatsh, and with financial support from the Department of Canadian Heritage.
